Strathfield project involved a comprehensive expansion of medical facilities to enhance patient care and surgical capacity. The development delivered 15 modern ward rooms and four dedicated dialysis rooms, significantly increasing the site’s overnight and specialized treatment capabilities. To support these clinical areas, the infrastructure was bolstered with two new dirty utility rooms featuring specialized flushing rim sinks.

Additionally, the project’s surgical suite was upgraded with two state-of-the-art operating theatres and two accompanying surgical scrub bays, ensuring a high-standard environment for complex procedures.

This four-stage regional healthcare upgrade delivered new high specification operating theatres, enhanced patient and staff facilities, and an advanced endoscopy unit.

The scope included the delivery of high-level chilled water services, complete with droppers and insulation, alongside the installation of new drainage lines and specialized stainless steel connectors to link the laboratory and test kitchen areas.

The project involved the installation of high-end male and female bathrooms and full bar hydraulic services within the Sydney Lyric Theatre. The scope included upgrading high-level water and waste lines to the stalls, managed through precision scanning, coring, and after-hours connections.

Final delivery encompassed comprehensive sewer runs, bar service integrations, and a complete fit-off.

The project was completed with a focus on high-specification finishes and precise plumbing layouts to accommodate the restaurant's specialized design and operational needs.

The Headspace project delivered complete hydraulic fit-outs for Headspace centers in Bondi and Ashfield, supporting their mission of youth healthcare. Key works included the installation of sanitary drainage, clinical hand wash stations, and accessible bathroom facilities to meet strict healthcare compliance standards.

The delivery ensured reliable hot and cold water reticulation and specialized plumbing layouts for a mix of consultation, therapy, and medical rooms.

The Barton Park project delivered a comprehensive plumbing and water infrastructure package encompassing everything from site preparation to final fit-off.

The scope included the installation of rainwater tanks, filtration systems, and the reticulation of hot and cold water services across all facilities. To support the site’s drainage and operational needs, we managed the installation of external grate drains, as well as the initial temporary water and sewer connections required for the construction phase.

The Grand Reve project in Avoca Beach involved the delivery of complete hydraulic services for a brand-new luxury apartment development. Our scope encompassed the installation of all new sewer and stormwater infrastructure, alongside upgraded water, gas, and hot water mains.
